Using SmartAI Services

Website use. You may use this website for lawful, informational purposes and to submit service inquiries. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit harmful material, or use it in a way that infringes another party’s rights. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide through the website or during a project inquiry.

Service inquiries and project scope. A website inquiry does not create a service agreement. SmartAI provides AI, software, website, mobile application, automation, data, content, and related digital services as described in an accepted proposal, quotation, or written agreement. The agreed document will set out the project scope, deliverables, timeline, responsibilities, and any acceptance process. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a written change request, revised timeline, or additional fee.

Proposals and payments. Proposals and quotations are subject to the terms and validity period stated in them. Fees, payment schedules, taxes, and approved expenses are set out in the applicable proposal or agreement. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, invoices are due according to their stated terms. SmartAI may pause work or delivery where payment is overdue, subject to applicable law and the relevant agreement.

Intellectual property. Each party retains ownership of materials it owned before the project. Ownership or licensing of project deliverables, including source files, code, designs, and content, is governed by the applicable proposal or agreement and may be subject to full payment. You confirm that you have the right to provide any content, data, trademarks, or materials used in a project. SmartAI may use general skills, ideas, and know-how developed during a project, provided it does not disclose your confidential information.

Third-party services. SmartAI may recommend or use third-party platforms, tools, hosting providers, payment processors, and AI services where appropriate. Their availability, pricing, policies, and terms are controlled by those providers and may affect certain features or services. You may be required to accept their terms or maintain your own accounts. SmartAI is not responsible for changes, interruptions, or actions by third-party providers.

Limitations. Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice. To the extent permitted by law, SmartAI does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility with every third-party service, or specific business outcomes. Nothing on this website is legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Any liability is limited to the extent allowed by applicable law and the relevant project agreement.

General terms and contact. These terms do not replace a signed project agreement, which will control if there is a conflict. SmartAI may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
